Reiki is an Energy Healing modality used to help identify and clear blockages and regain energy flow throughout the body. The practitioner may work directly on your physical body or on the energy field surrounding your body. Often, we store tension, stress, trauma, and emotions in our bodies. Reiki is a great well-rounded approach to healing addressing the emotional body as well as our physical bodies inviting you into a state of deep peace and relaxation getting you back on track to feeling like yourself again. A great addition to your massage session or as a stand-alone.

Courtney is a Certified Massage Therapist and Reiki Master that has been practicing the art of healing sine 2015. As a graduate of the National Holistic Institute's Advanced Neuromuscular program and a former Medic, Courtney has a strong foundation in human anatomy and how the body works. Combine this foundational knowledge with her intuitive gifts and compassionate nature, and you get a truly unique therapist. Courtney is currently studying herbalism at the Chesnut School of Herbal Medicine. In her free time she enjoys: Gardening, spending time in nature, spending quality time with her dog and cat, painting, doodling, learning ceramics, creating herbal remedies, and drinking 1,000 cups of tea a day.

After learning about Energy work 13 years ago and understanding we are electromagnetic instruments that require maintenance and tuning. Leslie has been on the fast track of continuously expanding her knowledge and practice in the healing arts. Her focus, passion, and language is energy, light and information. She will hold the space and assist you in relieving stress or pain, reducing anxiety, headaches to clearing blocked energies and feeling an overall better sense of wellbeing. Whether it be an elderly person (101 was the oldest client) to one that is just experiencing their very first professional massage.
